Dako design d.o.o., Majke Jugovića 38, 78000 Banja Luka, is the controller of the data you send us through this website. Here we explain which data we collect, why, and for how long we keep it.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your full name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided), company name (if enquiring as a business), the content of your message and, if you use it, the configuration from the 3D configurator. To protect the form from abuse we also keep a shortened, irreversibly hashed record of the IP address.
Why we process it
Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate further about the project. We do not use the data for marketing without your explicit consent and we do not sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as communication about the project lasts and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records for completed projects).
Cookies and analytics
With your consent the website uses Google Analytics 4 (visit measurement) and Meta Pixel (ad performance measurement), where applicable through Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. Until you give consent, these tools set no cookies (Google Consent Mode); you can decline in the bar at the bottom of the page and the site works either way. Technically necessary browser storage (e.g. the selected language, your cookie choice) is always used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected] — we reply within the statutory period.
